1850 Bluegrass Ave code violation opened for trash in fenced area

U of L Health Louisville Inc. has an open property maintenance case at 1850 Bluegrass Ave after a caller reported a worsening trash problem in the fenced area along Bicknell and Parthenia. The complaint says lots of debris— reportedly left by people experiencing homelessness—is piling up, and the record shows the case is open with no inspections completed yet.
