116 W Burnett Ave 1 opened a property maintenance case for mold/mildew
A tenant at 116 W Burnett Ave, Unit 1 has filed a property maintenance complaint after vacating the apartment on March 6 because of health concerns tied to the air unit. Owner Jessica Brooke Crum arranged an HVAC cleaning on March 17, but the tenant says the unit still looks and smells like mold or mildew and that the landlord has been largely unreachable; they’ve got photos and video of the before-and-after. The case is open and shows no completed inspections yet.
