4919 Warbler Way code violation for front-yard rock parking area
Laurencio Aniuska Torres has installed a rock area in the front yard opposite the existing driveway at 4919 Warbler Way to use for parking. The open property-maintenance code-violation case asks whether the land development code allows this kind of off-street parking, noting a belief that the allowable number of parked vehicles is based on the property's overall square footage.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
