13211 Versatile Ave opened a Code Violation for tall grass and weeds
Property owner Anderkin Helen Lynn is named in an open property maintenance case after a citizen reported tall grass, weeds and general overgrowth at 13211 Versatile Ave. The complaint says the vegetation is so thick you can't see how to pull out, so code inspectors will likely be checking the lot to see if trimming or further action is needed.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
