1267 GOSS AVE code violation: Graffiti on trash receptacle near Germantown Sq
Kingfish Germantown LLC is the owner tied to an open property maintenance case at 1267 Goss Ave. Neighbors say a graffiti‑covered trash receptacle at the Germantown Square entrance by Kroger has debris stuck to the lid and trash falling through the slats, and that it's been that way for about two years despite multiple complaints. The resident has asked for a replacement and a written response after earlier cases were closed with no fix, so the issue remains active with enforcement.
