2440 Bardstown Rd Louisville KY 40205: Graffiti code violation at Kroger
The Kroger Co. has an open property-maintenance case at 2440 Bardstown Rd after someone spray-painted the graffiti tag "MANDIE" on the building. The report says the person is known to police and asks that the info be passed to Detective Denton — Kroger was tagged twice, so it looks like a repeat nuisance rather than a one-off.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
