1521 LARCHMONT AVE Opened Code Violation for yard waste and bins on curb

Owner LoraLee M. Childers has an open property maintenance case after her neighbor at 1519 Larchmont Ave repeatedly placed yard waste and trash bins on the curbside area in front of 1521 Larchmont Ave. Childers, who says she's new to Louisville and uncomfortable confronting the neighbor, reports the pile covers more than half her curb strip and hasn't been picked up in over a week, and she's asking the city for a reminder about proper bin placement.
