2622 THOMAS AVE: Code violation - illegal garage/fence and meter bypass
Owner Billie Jo Bain has an open property maintenance case at 2622 Thomas Ave. The city reports the back half of a garage and a six-foot fence are encroaching on city property, an electrical line to the garage is illegally bypassing the meter, and a buildup of garbage in the yard is attracting rats.
