BLE Properties LLC, owner of 1520 Algonquin Pkwy, has an open property maintenance/code enforcement case after Shively City Hall submitted an online complaint about conditions along the street. The note from Mitzi explains one side of Algonquin Parkway is in Shively (they’ll send their code officers) while the other side—1520 Algonquin Pkwy—falls under Louisville, so Louisville’s code team has opened a case to follow up.
