P&M Properties KY LLC is the owner tied to an open property-maintenance case about persistent trash at 7059 Raggard Rd. A neighbor reports the litter “is always like this,” says it’s been reported and supposedly “being worked on,” but the complaint and a related trash site visit show the problem is still ongoing.
