Owner Lee Elisa K is named in an open property maintenance case at 216 Pennsylvania Ave after neighbors complained the rental’s large alley trees keep dropping big limbs in storms — one even went through a neighbor’s garage. The complaint says the yard and bushes aren’t being kept up, leaving neighbors to clear debris themselves so they can get out of their garages.
