A concerned tenant has reported mold in the kitchen at 3508 Fern Lea Rd, Unit 32, saying management was notified but the problem hasn’t been addressed and the resident is having major health issues. The open property-maintenance code case lists the owner as Richardson 52 LLC of Lake Worth, FL, and there are no completed inspections recorded yet, so the issue appears to still be pending.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
