2730 HALE AVE opened for code violation due to rear trash
A property maintenance complaint has been filed about 2730 Hale Ave reporting a large amount of trash in the rear of the lot more than 10 feet from the right of way. The owner is listed as Fuqua Shawn R and the case is open with city codes assigned to investigate; the property sits near the Parkland Library. It looks like a city follow-up and possible cleanup could be coming to tidy things up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
