743 DOUGLAS PARK Code violation filed for unsafe living conditions and pests
Douglas Park Ltd., the listed owner, is the subject of an open property maintenance complaint at 743 Douglas Park. A tenant reports drywall falling off the wall — nearly hitting their 4-year-old — and persistent mice and roach problems no matter how clean the unit is. The tenant also says the landlord has been giving the runaround and a promised insect inspection still hasn't happened despite a call a month ago.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
