5027 Fay Ave opened a property maintenance case
The Vietnamese Buddhist Association has an open property maintenance case at 5027 Fay Ave after a neighbor reported picking up considerable litter from the easement along Lyman Street. The complaint notes a fence between the residence and the easement, so it’s unclear whether that strip is public or private and the city will likely need to confirm who’s responsible for cleanup.
