4120 SPRINGBOURNE WAY 207 Code Violation: Rodent issue in second-floor unit

A tenant at 4120 Springbourne Way, Unit 207, has filed a property-maintenance complaint reporting months of rodents living in the ceiling of their second-floor apartment, with photos of maintenance requests, email chains, and videos of the noises attached. The owner, Springhurst Housing Partners LLC, is named on the case and the tenant says the leasing office has only been “monitoring” the problem with routine pest control; the code enforcement case is currently open.
