4214 ALLEN AVE Parking 15 vehicles, boats and trailers in the yard
A property maintenance complaint says the owners, Maddox Earl and Lucille, are parking about 15 vehicles, boats and trailers in the yard at 4214 Allen Ave. The code-violation case is open after a citizen report, so city inspectors may follow up to see if the yard needs clearing or other fixes.
