134 William Street cited for property maintenance code violation
Owner Kaviar Craig has an open property-maintenance case for the rental at 134 William St after a concerned citizen reported the property is very neglected with trash, junk and multiple cats, and that the tenant lacks running water. The complaint also notes a broken window the cats use to get in and out, heavy overgrowth of trees and bushes, and that the house sits back behind the alley next to 136 William St with alley access from both ends.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
