330 N 22ND ST opened for code violation: Illegally parked vehicles and trash
James Johnston Family Land Trust is listed on an open code-violation complaint at 330 N 22nd Street after neighbors reported a red pickup truck parked in the alley with its front end extending into Garfield and a motorhome parked behind 326 N 22nd Street. The email alleges both vehicles are occupied with people doing business tied to the house that backs onto Garfield—running electricity across the street, leaving trash, acting aggressively, and at times sitting in Garfield and obstructing traffic.
