11046 Symington Cir opened a code violation for debris dumping

Owner Geoffrey Bardon is named in an open property maintenance case at 11046 Symington Cir after a neighbor reported someone doing woodworking in their garage has been dumping lumber and other items into the wooded field and creek behind Worthington Place. The complaint — shared with the HOA’s manager Mulloy Properties — says the debris could create a dam when the creek floods, that trash already flows downstream after heavy rain, and asks the city to inspect and clarify who’s responsible for cleanup.
