13213 Meadowlawn Dr Louisville KY 40272 Code Enforcement inspection requested

Gerald and Kayla Knott have asked Louisville Metro Code Enforcement to inspect the rental at 13213 Meadowlawn Dr., saying the property is managed by Spencer of Golden Homes LLC and has a range of safety and habitability concerns. Their list includes exposed exterior electrical wiring, hazardous debris and broken glass, a broken garage lock with trash blocking parking, visible mold on the garage, unfinished siding, clogged gutters and unstable tree limbs, dirty vents, improperly installed blinds that affect privacy, and repeated unanswered maintenance requests — so they’ve requested an official inspection to determine any housing-code violations.
