118 Kennedy Ave 2 Code Violation: Trash at front of building
Kennedy Avenue Apartments LLC is listed as the owner on an open property maintenance case about trash that’s been sitting at the front of the building at 118 Kennedy Ave, Unit 2 for months. The report says code enforcement removed the dumpster but overflow items remained near 118-1/2 and there’s additional building-material debris, so the city is following up to get the area cleaned up.
