1703 Corlon Ct opened Code Violation for deteriorated fence

Curtis R. McCombs has filed a property maintenance complaint about the deteriorated fence behind his home at 1703 Corlon Ct that separates his yard from Jefferson Place by Signature Health. He says management replaced only part of the fence, then stopped, and now rotted boards with rusty nails frequently fall into his yard — a safety risk for his three young children and dog — so he’s asking Louisville Metro to require Jefferson Place to repair or replace the barrier.
