1713 Harold Ave: Code violation for inoperable truck in driveway
Owners Rodney E. and Pamela Sutton are named in an open property-maintenance code case at 1713 Harold Ave after a neighbor reported an inoperable truck sitting in the driveway with the wheels turned the same way and apparently unmoved for over a year. The complaint also says the owner stores junk behind the truck, which the neighbor says is affecting their peace of mind and property values — and the tipster remained anonymous because they’ve been threatened in the past.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
