5127 Patterson Dr opened a Code Violation case

Owner Jose A Cordero has an open property-maintenance case after an email reported inoperable vehicles and a semi parked in the yard at 5127 Patterson Dr. Neighbors also flagged a possible auto-repair business on the property, so city staff opened the case to inspect vehicle parking and any unpermitted commercial activity.
