11228 PROFESSIONAL PARK DR 102 applied for inspection due to mold
A tenant at 11228 Professional Park Dr, Unit 102 reports green and black mold covering walls and under the carpet and has asked the city to inspect. The property is owned by 11200 Professional Park Drive LLC, and the tenant says property management told them someone would come out to "spray" the area — the caller doubts that's proper mitigation. A property maintenance case is open and the caller was told their contact information will be included in the public record.
