4513 Statton Rd opened for property maintenance code violation

Maier Company LLC has an open property maintenance case at 4513 Statton Rd after a resident says an inspector visited yesterday and couldn't find signs of squirrels, but the resident who got into the crawl space and attic found nesting spots, torn-up insulation and other damage. The resident asked for a follow-up inspection today and reported they’ve been unable to reach the inspector by phone, often getting voicemail.
