121 Mills Dr Code violation for items left on edge of lawn

Owner Minton Joyce Lynne has an open property maintenance case at 121 Mills Dr after neighbors reported carpet, padding and an appliance insert sitting at the edge of the lawn for more than a month. The complaint says the bulk trash hauler won’t take the items and that the resident—who is deaf—apparently understands requests to remove them but hasn’t complied.
