Owner Duran Yulisleidy Chaviano has an open property maintenance code case at 7010 Memory Ln. The complaint alleges someone has been hauling in wrecked cars and using two garages on the property to fix, repair, and paint them — basically a makeshift auto shop that the city flagged.
