4185 LEE AVE code violation for lidless trash can left on Orchard Ave
Owners Steve and Helen Jones have an open property maintenance case after a lidless trash can was left on Orchard Ave between pickup days at 4185 Lee Ave. The complaint says foraging rats, squirrels, birds, and wind have scattered garbage around the neighborhood, so city inspectors will likely follow up until the can is secured.
