1240 Bourbon Ave Front-yard parking violation under investigation

A property maintenance complaint says homeowner Kelley Briana Denise has been parking in the front yard long enough to create ruts, and gravel was recently added as if to make a permanent parking spot at 1240 Bourbon Ave. The open code-violation asks city staff (the complaint was marked RUSH) to check whether front-yard parking is against ordinance and if a permit is needed before the gravel turns into something more permanent.
