2813 De Mel Ave 2 opened code violation for lack of hot water
Tenants at 2813 De Mel Ave, Unit 2 have filed an open property-maintenance complaint after being without hot water for a week. They say they can’t shower, wash clothes, or do dishes and that the apartment complex has been giving residents the runaround; the record lists SC Summit Investors LLC as the owner.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
