300 Delmont Ave Code Violation opened for junk piles and fire hazard
1860 Mellwood LLC has an open property-maintenance case at 300 Delmont Ave after a complaint that junk was piled in front of the power disconnects behind the Mellwood Art Center’s Da Vinci room. The report says material and debris line the west edge of the property and alleges DIY electrical fixes in closets of event spaces like Van Gogh and Picasso, calling the situation a fire hazard and warning emergency shutoffs could be blocked.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
