2146 W Lee St: Code violation for abandoned garage open in alley

Owner Greg Shell (with heirs of Curtis E. Harris also listed) has an open property-maintenance case for the abandoned house at 2146 W Lee St. Inspectors say the garage is left open to the alley, drawing rodents, feral cats and opossums and making it difficult for residents to access their garages to park. The case is active, so the city is expected to require the owner to secure the garage and clean up the alley.
