4519 S 3RD ST opened code violation for rat baiting
Property owners Paul Gwendolyn & Earl have requested an inspector assess 4519 S 3rd St as part of an open property maintenance case to see if rat baiting is needed. The caller was advised that a waiver must be signed if the inspector determines baiting is warranted.
