Meyer Industries LLC has an open property-maintenance case after the Louisville Fire Department inspected the building at 3030 Northwestern Pkwy and sent a letter asking the owner to secure the structure. Inspectors reported large trash piles, unsecured garage doors, and people starting fires on the site, so the city is pushing for cleanup and better security to reduce hazards and trespassing.
