3019 Rowan St code violation: vacant home with squatters burning a fire
Owner Roberto Rodriguez has an open property maintenance case for 3019 Rowan St after neighbors reported the vacant house was broken into — squatters allegedly kicked in the front and back doors and were burning a fire inside a metal toolbox. The caller says they're afraid the burn could set the home on fire, and the file shows the case is still open with no completed inspections yet.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
