Owners John and Lisa Kinderman have an open property maintenance code-violation case for the house at 1814 Baird St. The case is active but currently shows no completed inspections or attachments and lists the Kindermans’ mailing address as 2208 Lowell Ave — so it looks like the city is just getting the paperwork started.
