6819 Hatfield Ln cited for code violation for parking on grass near corner stop

Owner Kimberly D. Bailey has an open code-violation property maintenance case at 6819 Hatfield Ln after a vehicle was repeatedly parked on the grass and partially on the sidewalk less than 10 feet from the corner stop sign, which is killing the curb grass.
