2314 ROWAN ST opened for property maintenance code violation after fire debris

Owner Aden Afifa is listed on an open property maintenance case after a Jan. 17, 2026 fire at 2314 Rowan St. A neighbor says debris and insulation were dumped in the rear yard instead of being removed, blowing into the air, aggravating their severe asthma and allergies and attracting rodents, so the city has the case open to get the mess and safety hazards cleaned up.
