Jefferson Crossings 2023 LLC has an open property-maintenance case after residents at 5105 Gemma Way Unit 114 reported no heat or air conditioning since November. The complaint says three different technicians showed up but each time the repair stalled for a missing part, and since the week before Christmas tenants say they’ve been told there are seven other units without heat—so far, no resolution.
