1827 Nelligan Ave opened for property maintenance code violation

Outdoor Systems Inc., owner of 1827 Nelligan Ave, has an open property-maintenance case after a caller reported people dumping on the vacant lot. The caller says a green-and-pink wooden shed plus piles of wood and junk are attracting rats, mice and other wildlife. They also allege the dumpers live at 1828 and 1830 Northwestern Pkwy and were checking the status with the city to get the lot cleaned up.
