3400 Powell Ave code violation for trash on property
SDH Ventures LLC is the owner named in an open property maintenance/code-violation case for trash scattered across the lot at 3400 Powell Ave. The case description simply reads "trash all over" and there are no completed inspections listed yet, so it looks like the city has the issue on file and may still be working toward cleanup.
