11116 BLUE LICK RD opened code violation case for drainage and sewage

Owner Mbacke Moustapha has an open property maintenance case for the home at 11116 Blue Lick Rd after a neighbor reported that the gutters and drainage are being directed toward nearby houses and may be contributing to foundation problems. The complaint says a large amount of sewage and water is running down the backs of 10 or more homes, creating an awful smell and extra repair costs for those neighbors.
