405 S JACKSON ST 203 opened for code violation - plumbing flood and mold

Louisville Metro Housing Authority is the owner on an open property-maintenance case at 405 S Jackson St., Unit 203 after a toilet and tub overflowed and staff shut off the water. The resident says the unit flooded three months ago, carpet stayed soaked until crews returned a month later to pull up bedroom carpet, and now they're dealing with mold, headaches, and a large hole between the toilet and sink—Liberty Green office has been notified.
