1332 RUFER AVE code violation for exposed hole attracting wildlife

Property owner Matthew R. Pennington has an open property maintenance case after neighbors reported a large exposed hole on the side of the house at 1332 Rufer Ave that’s been letting birds, squirrels, possums and raccoons come and go. The city lists this as a code violation and the case remains open while inspections and repairs are being pursued.
