3606 RUDD AVE property maintenance case opened for trash disposal

The Bohannon Revocable Trust is the owner of 3606 Rudd Ave, where a property maintenance case was opened after tenants recently moved out and workers were on site. Neighbors say trash and recycling were left strewn in front of the house — and even drifting down the block — so the city has the case open to get the debris properly disposed and the sidewalk tidied up.
