OVVC Realty LLC has an open property maintenance case after a complaint that the KIVA facility’s women’s restrooms at 1820 Taylor Ave were not being cleaned or maintained. The report says toilets were soiled with hair, urine, and feces, feminine-product bins were overflowing, several stall doors didn’t latch (leaving only two usable stalls for a busy facility), paper towels were gone by noon, ventilation was poor with a strong odor, and floors were dirty, wet, and slippery — staff reportedly responded that “they are always dirty.”
