4321 SOUTHERN PKY 201 opened for code violation (water outage)
Charles L. Triplett Living Trust has an open property-maintenance code complaint at 4321 Southern Pkwy, Unit 201. A tenant says the water included in their rent has been out for two days—no showers, flushing, or teeth brushing—and reports Sun Residential has only told them they’ll “see what they can do” with no clear plan.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
