212 Cecil Ave opened Property Maintenance Case for overflowing dumpster

Shawnee Renaissance Apartments LLLP has an open property maintenance case at 212 Cecil Ave after a caller reported an overflowing dumpster in the rear. The complaint says trash is spilling into the alley where cars drive, and a vehicle parked behind the property may be blocking dumpster removal and might not belong to anyone at the building.
